Chemical Analysis :

• Spectrometer with 24 channels capable of testing Fe, Ni, Co, Al based materials and also Nitrogen content.
• All the raw material are tested & NABL lab approved before using.
• Specimens are stored for particular period.

Physical Test :

• Tensile Test – Impact Test
• Hardness Test
• Ultrasonic Test
• Microstructure
• Surface finish test
• DP & MPI test for Surface Defects.
• Visual Inspection as per SP 55 standard
• Corrosion Test
• Salt Spray Test (As per requirement)
