- Temperature Check.
- First Part Inspection.

- NDE (If Required).
4. Het treatment
- Heat Treatment Inspection.
- Heat Treatment Temperature & In process Check.
- Metrological Inspection According to Requirement.
5. Shot Blasting & Inspection
- Surface Secondary Process.
- Shot Blasting.
- Visual Inspection.
6. Machining
- First Piece inspection.
- In process Inspection.
- Visual Inspection.
- Additional Test (If Required).
- Final Inspection.
7. Inspection & Dispatch
- Pre-Dispatch Inspection.
- Final Packaging (as per Standard)
- Pre-Shipment Inspection.
